Summary
This is the backstory of my Cervitaur AU, told as a dark fairy tale. Here you will learn how Lucifer, the brightest of the royal deer, lost his antlers, his home, and his illusion of safety, and how Alastor, a centaur born in the swamps, always wanted more. But when he catches a glimpse of a creature in the royal garden, a creature that looks like the brightest star in the sky, his desire finally takes form.
