AZ stood shocked.
He wasn't a stranger to harming oneself. He had danced this dance before, albeit a different choreography. He had walked across the entirety of the world, pretty much, running his heels down and permanently damaging his bones. He would wittle himself down mentally and hurt himself that way. Anything to punish himself.
And now, he faced a different form of harm, in the person he cared the most for. Floette gripped his jacket with her tiny hand, unsure how to help the human. She never had to deal with this.

Summary
There's an empty circus to perhaps rebuild, a lot of questions to ponder, and a lot of 'what-now's they'll all have to figure out. But right now, Ragatha's still trying to forget her mother's gaze. It isn't working.
She'll have to forget her, to move on, and to start 'conjuring' a new life here, not that she even knows how to do that yet. But, then, knowing how to do it isn't a requirement; she only has to be thinking about it hard enough, and the subject of her mind will find her.
Set in the immediate aftermath of Episode 8.

Ragatha goes on a baking-spree after she realizes that she hasn't yet shared any of her recipes with Pomni, setting out to spoil her favorite jester rotten.
As the tension of their mutually undefined but more-than-friends relationship reaches its limit and old wounds reopen, Pomni struggles to finally say to Ragatha's face that she loves her.
Intended as a continuation of Midnight Sunshine, but should still make sense on its own.

“You’re smiling.”
Ragatha laughed, a little surprised, a little shy. She tucked her hair back again. “Don’t I smile all the time?”
Not like this, Pomni thought.
Ragatha is sent through the scary door along with Pomni in episode 3. Stuck in her worst nightmare, Ragatha’s constant positivity drives Pomni up the wall, and tears their barely formed friendship apart.
But when things are broken down, they can be put back together. And sometimes, they might come back stronger than before.
