Summary
Years before Stelle joins the Astral Express, Himeko meets Kafka on a remote planet. Throughout space and time, she can't seem to avoid the mysterious woman, and she certainly doesn't want to.
The title is from the Hozier song. It’s not that deep; I just think that’s how Himeko feels about Kafka, (and maybe vice versa, more than she realizes).

Summary

Summary
Naruto is five years old when he is beaten bloody by three drunk villagers. He is five years old when the fox demon inside of him decides that enough is enough. And he is five years old when that demon fakes his death and takes him far away from Konoha.
i.e. Kurama kidnaps Naruto and raises him by himself away from Konoha. In the end Naruto somehow still ends up surrounded by his Konoha family.
There is depiction of child neglect and abuse in the first chapter, more severe than canon, which will then be referenced in future chapters. Be warned and be careful if it's a trigger for you.
Title is from Silence by Marshmello with Khalid. The vibe doesn't necessarily fit but I think the lyrics do. If you somehow haven't heard it go listen it's a good song.

Summary
This thing that they have—whatever the hell it is—it’s good. It’s easy. It feels like the only thing keeping Ilya afloat sometimes.
He can’t let it get to a place where it’s more than just a good, convenient fuck and some fun teasing in between. Even if sometimes, in brief moments of tenderness, it already feels like it’s more than that. Or at least like it’s something that can be, if they just let it.
But they don’t. They can’t.
Although sometimes, Ilya does find himself giving in to the urge to look at Shane just a little bit longer, to let his touch be just a little bit gentler, more reverent, than what it would be for something as casual as they claim this to be—albeit sparingly.
Sometimes, just for a moment, he lets himself indulge. He lets some of that affection bleed out of him because he feels like he’ll implode if he doesn’t.
But he always catches himself before it can linger.

Summary
Ilya Rozanov has been drafted by Boston, the number one pick overall, but his father doesn't want him moving to America and so takes steps to block his visa. He's going to have to go back to Russia and stay there forever and that, thinks Shane Hollander, is wrong.
It's so wrong that Shane can't stop himself from doing something about it. Even though that something is the most reckless, the only reckless thing he's ever done in his life. He marries Rozanov in secret, to keep him out of Russia and put him on a path to Canadian citizenship.
Shane's got a five-year plan to get him there and when you have a plan nothing can go wrong. Right? Right. When you have a solid plan and a marriage that's on paper only there's no risk of feelings getting involved. Not on Rozanov's part and certainly not on Shane's.
Right???

Then the storm rolls in, the helicopter can't fly, and Shane is stuck in an eleven by nine foot ranger station with Ilya Rozanov — Olympic gold medalist, professional daredevil, and the most infuriating man Shane has ever met.

Shane's eyes darted up to take in the stranger's face. A shag of mousey brown curls framed his features, slicked down from the rain. Beneath the layers of hair was a set of steely blue eyes, they looked dark in the low light.
Recognition coursed through Shane as he took that face in. “You, you're Rozanov, Ilya Rozanov!” Shane said, mind reeling in disbelief, "You're supposed to be dead…”
While climbing in the Canadian Rockies, Shane is injured. He is rescued by the last person he would have expected, a person with something to hide.
