Decided to post an old(er) story I wrote for an assignment in 6th grade(that I changed a bit after I turned it in) because why not. It’s not the best and not even finished but enjoy. Even 2 years ago, I sucked at summaries…
Westrose Orphanage. Quite an odd place for sure. Not many children live here, almost none at all actually. Rumors say that everyone in that wretched place just wasn’t alive, that they were all just ghosts. But the higher ups in little ol’ Daisyville didn’t believe all those stories when they sent Mari there.

Summary
He gets worked up, is what Jabber’s saying. Gets caught up in the things he likes—in the things they are, even if Zanka’s still too scared to say it yet—and forgets everything else. Like the fact that there are times where Zanka “isn’t in the mood” and “doesn’t want to fight”, when he’s “tired” and “still not healed yet” and blah blah blah blah blah.
That’s when the sappy shit comes in. And Jabber—he doesn’t hate it. He just doesn’t like it.

Summary
Zanka learns that vital instruments can become bound to other vital instruments when Lovely Assistaff latches onto the treasure of the person he least expects. He also learns that ignoring the desires of a vital instrument can be deadly for a giver. Fortunately, the maniac whom he and his trusty instrument are bound to visits Cleaner HQ to fix their problem in his own special way. Zanka warms up to him way faster than he should.

Lovely Assistaff and Mankira are bound to each other, so Jabber sneaks into HQ to fix the issues caused by them being apart... then he and Zanka end up having a cuddlefest somehow

“D’ya seriously not wear a jacket?”
“I forgot.” Jabber replied with a shrug.
“It’s below freezin’,” he said, reaching up to grab Jabber’s face. His palms were practically burning compared to his icy-cold face. Jabber let his arms loosely wrap around Zanka’s middle. “Get inside before ya catch a cold.”
“Aw, you worried about me?” Zanka gave him a light push towards the door, his face stern.
“I jus’ don’t want to hafta take care of ya on top of ma exams.”
In the rush of winter finals, janka finds a day to themselves and go on a date.
