Summary
"You do know an awful lot about me. It's sweet, actually, how protective you are about Elim." He favored Tain with one of his dazzling smiles.
"I'm protective of my investments. Even in exile, Elim continues to be useful to me. And he's about to be very useful to you too."
"Forgive me, I'd thought you were insinuating he'd been plenty useful to me in the past," Julian said. "Or was it the other way around?"
"I'm glad you find it so amusing. Elim's quite sentimental, you know. I'll be sure to tell him how you've been talking about him like a plaything that amuses you."

Summary
"It had finally happened. The notorious Julian Bashir had finally become so impossibly obnoxious that he had come full circle and begun to annoy himself. It was pathetic, really. But this time, it wasn't his brash, excitable personality, or his complete inability to read a room, or his stream-of-consciousness conversation style, or even his apparently egregious fashion sense that was getting on his own nerves. It was his bloody, pesky, uncontrollable feelings."
(You usually see Garak being obsessed with Julian and I wanted to reverse that for this story. You will also notice this is more than six chapters. That is because there are Consequences.)

Summary
Now he understands. He gets it.
For Jim, the world isn’t ending around him—it’s ending in his arms.
“We’ll find him in the next world, Bones,” Jim mutters, lost somewhere deep in his grief, holding onto Spock’s broken body. “When things reset. He’ll be there. He’ll be okay…”
Captain Kirk and the crew investigate a mysterious anomaly—only to find themselves trapped in a series of increasingly strange realities, each one playing out like a different genre of old-Earth television programming, cast as various characters with no memory of life beyond it.
No one except Spock, who has to repeatedly convince his Captain that he is not, in fact, the Sheriff of a frontier town, a war-torn soldier, a demigod sent to kill him, nor is he the master of a scantily-clad genie.
Can Spock convince Jim before it’s too late? Tune in now to find out!
