Nam-gyu's heart is beating harshly in his chest and he lifts shaky hands out of his pockets to feel his pulse. Fate seems to be against Noah in the sense that he’s trying to avoid Cody. But over time, he finds himself growing a soft spot for that gap-tooth smile.

At the same time, several disconnected scenes from their childhood— going from the day they met to the present, details the growth of their relationship and how they got to where they are now.
