Following the trajectory leads him to a slackened, much longer cord, that when he forces himself to shift his position so he’s facing his other side, has its other end wrapped around the palm of Gojo’s hand, and is very fucking undeniably a leash.
Like, for a dog.

The way Gojo's looking at him leaves something equally nauseating and exhilarating rippling through Megumi's veins. Not very dissimilar from how it felt to jerk off. Not very dissimilar either from how it feels to look at Gojo in the light sometimes, soak in the scars, the unwavering composure, the indifference that marks every single square inch of his being. The way that even after being killed, there’s still something weightless about him.
