Foggy wakes to a warm body curled into his own; an arm pressed against his back, a face buried in his neck, soft hair tickling his chin.
He stirs, slowly, trying not to disturb Matt, and peers over a bare, freckled shoulder to check the time. His battered old alarm clock says it’s almost midday, which Foggy counts as a win. He relaxes back beside Matt, who shifts and makes a sleepy little noise against his neck.It hurts Foggy’s heart, just a little.
