“Well, I wanted you to hear it from me first.” Mingyu is speaking, and there comes another gut feeling. “It’s official now. I got my enlistment notice today.”
There’s a buzzing going through Minghao’s entire being. It knocks the gravity in him, and makes him lock his knees. The wall just barely protected him from falling. He grips his phone with one hand, and puts a palm against his flat belly.
He’s holding two lives in his hands, one is growing beneath his hand, while the other is merely a voice in his ears–both things he can’t get control of. His world is spinning as it changes, so fast, not giving Minghao time to brace for impact.

Or, the five times Minghao almost tells Mingyu about the pregnancy, and the one time he finally does.

Mingyu nodded, sipping his drink slowly.
“Alright, I bet that you can’t,” Juyeon smiled.
“I’ll get in on that,” Johnny added. “How much?”
Juyeon hummed. “Five hundred big ones. If I pick out a person and Mingyu can get in their pants, I’ll give him five hundred dollars.”

Mingyu, confident that he can sleep with anyone he wants, makes a bet with his frat brothers. He thinks it'll be an easy win, until he's told to ask out Xu Minghao, an outcast art student with a deep hatred toward frat boys. Mingyu has to try, for the first time in a while, to get Minghao's attention, and he finds himself enjoying his time with the younger a lot more than he should.

“I have a question,” Mingyu says.
He looks just like he always does, tan and tall, bathing in the light of late June’s sun. The sunset is late, it’s almost eight in the evening when the sun shyly licks the horizon, painting the sky in orange and pink. It’s rare in mid June that the sky is clear enough to see those colours because of the rainy season, but today Mingyu’s skin shines darker in this light and Minghao lets himself stare a little too long.
“Yeah?”
“Are you a time-traveler?”(AU where Minghao can travel through pictures and Mingyu is no one to him until one day he finds bunch of photographs of Kim's family and decides to visit some of them.)
