    Summary

    Season 4 of Buffy had so much suffering and humiliation -- often seemingly *pointless* humiliation -- for... well, everyone, really, but especially characters like Xander and Giles. This, IIRC, came out of the bitterness in response to that.

    Somewhere, there are more stories in this universe written by Debchan -- and perhaps the Spike -- but I no longer have copies. *rueful smile* Teach me not to archive everything ever, yeah? -- Te
