So it just slowly approaches the crouched alpha and lies down on its belly in front of him. The snow white wolf mewls at the midnight-blue alpha and burrows its snout in between its paws. The alpha wolf slowly approaches and plops down beside the omega wolf. Its body shields the white fur from the onslaught of snow. The alpha lets out a comforting rumble, and the snow white wolf finally feels safe enough to drift.

In the Country of Yang, Emperor Myung Jaehyun reigned supreme. He ascended the throne nine years ago with his Consort Myung Ru Ji. Emperor Jaehyun's harem is said to be the most illustrious in all of Yang.
Every three years, Emperor Jaehyun holds a contest to select his harem members. In each contest, he has to choose at least seven new members. There is no limit to who can apply for the harem. Men and Women fight tooth and Nail for this opportunity.
Park Sungho, the second son of the Park family, is naive and often blunt. He is used by his family for petty matters, and the last straw breaks when they give his name for enlistment in the army in place of his older brother. Naturally, he gets back at them by joining the Imperial Harem. Thank god, he wouldn’t have to die on the battlefield.

Because even if seeing Jaehyun with someone else made his body nauseous, even if every fibre of his being screamed at him to look away, to stop this. He would never stop looking at Jaehyun being happy. And if his happiness was with another person, then Sungho would swallow the bile rising in his throat and pretend everything was okay. Because nothing meant more to him than Jaehyun’s happiness.
At the end of the day, why would Jaehyun like him back? What right did he even have to be unhappy? He wasn’t Jaehyun’s anything.
