Summary
Seungkwan has never felt insecure about his body and looks. Not until he notices some minor changes in his body. He starts to feel insecure and fears that his boyfriend will leave him and find someone better-looking. Hansol has no idea why his boyfriend is suddenly so distant.
The whole group is celebrating Jeonghan's successful modeling contract. Seungkwan's insecurities turn into anxiety attacks and he escapes the party.
During that night Seungkwan learns more about the ups and downs of relationships and how important communicating is. After some wholesome omega bonding, Seungkwan faces Hansol and his insecurities.

Apparently most older generation packs in the wild have a curse that triggers when a member leaves or renounces their loyalty to the pack. Some of the symptoms are extended Ruts and Heats, internal bleeding, miscarriages, body transformation, paranoia and eventual death-”Or
Seungkwan is in an extended Heat. A Heat that won't pass, a Heat that's insatiable and slowly killing him. Hansol has no other choice but to bring Minghao and Wonwoo in. He just hadn't expected it to be this bad.
