“Dr. Grace,” she throws her arms up in exasperation. She’s not yelling but she’s very close to it. That’s the fastest he’s accomplished that in a while. Ugh, she must be really serious about this. Still, it doesn’t stop him from antagonizing her further.
“Director Stratt!” He mimics her. She glares.
“You will eat breakfast with me every morning in my quarters and we will start having our morning debriefs in there from now on. I expect you there at six a.m. sharp.” She expertly spins around on her heel. It’s very elegant, especially when her hair swings around like that. And then she’s gone. Just like that.
