Summary
Ningguang's fear of dentists had begun when she was but a little child — regular visits due to cavities had left her shaking on the car ride home and everyone around her thought she was being a little dramatic but she had insisted that her fear of those horrifically masked individuals that hovered over her face with metal tools and murder machines was perfectly rational.
Unfortunately, her (perfectly reasonable and not at all stupid fear) had carried on into her adulthood.---
Ningguang gets her wisdom teeth removed.

“I’m ill,” she manages to rasp out, voice hoarse and rough and she hopes that it’s loud enough for Baishi to hear.
“Ah- ah, my apologies, Lady Ningguang. Shall I go get a doctor for you?”
More geo smashes against the door and Ningguang hopes that Baishi interprets the sounds of rocks breaking as ‘Do whatever, I’m too sick to care.’---
A fever seems to have spread across the harbour, infecting adults and children alike. It seems as if Ningguang's position as the Tianquan does not make her immune to catching the illness. Here enters: Beidou.

“Furong?” Ningguang raises an eyebrow. She recognised the name from somewhere but she couldn’t quite put her finger on it.
“Yeah,” Yue drawls out, “Sometimes she goes into her cabin in a hurry and then we can hear her saying captain’s name over and over and over again and when she comes back out after a while, she’s always a bit nervous and red. Uncle Liushi says to ignore it and that it’s a grown-up thing so I’ve just learnt to not really care about it.”
Ningguang nods and swallows, “Right yes, I do believe it’s a grown-up thing.” -

Summary
Keqing rolls her eyes and reaches over the desk to the stack of papers, picking them up and flicking through them before she finds what she’s looking for. “Beidou and Ningguang,” she reads off of the paper, her smile growing, “Ningguang and Beidou, B+N, Beidou love heart,” her eyebrows quirk up, “Ooh.”
Ningguang stands up from her seat and snatches the paper from Keqing’s hands before sitting back down with a huff. She scrunches it up into a ball in her palm and chucks it in the bin underneath her desk. -

Beidou steadies herself, using her last bit of power to charge forward, jumping towards and over the creature’s head as she tightens her grip on her claymore. She feels her skin ripping but alongside the sight of the monster beneath her, she sees a purple glow from her hands, almost like electricity.
