However, that tug wasn’t of dirt. It was of a tiny, feeble hand. One much smaller than his own.
A soft, puffy face tilted as the child’s head moved. A familiar type of clothing (a tunic, ain’t it?) draped over her with a small crescent shaped locket hung over. She was Roman? Christ on a cracker, how did she find her way here?’

His eye-line met the outside the line of dressing room doors, ever so messily adorned with stuck on papers stating each of their names. At least those didn’t get trashed in the crash of the set - it wouldn’t be far fetched.’

Summary
After awhile the fight started to wear down the cowboy. His shoulders ached as the weight of the sword worked muscles usually underutilized. Sweat glistened off Jed's forehead as he steadied his stance, bringing the sword closer to his chest.
Octavius, on the other hand, looked magnificent. He was panting but the smile on his face showed that he was still abound with energy. "Getting tired, old friend?"
Jed let out a chuckle, laughing through huffs of breath. He rolled his shoulders back and shook out his arms. "Oh, I'm just getting started, partner."
