Summary
Yuuji swallowed around nothing. He wasn't sure if it was Megumi’s praise, or condescending tone that set off fires of arousal in his lower abdomen. “Can’t be that bad.” Yuuji mumbled, as if he knew anything about getting a tongue piercing.
“The healing process can get pretty rough.” Megumi grabbed a pair of black, nitrile gloves from a box. With practiced rhythm, he pulled one over each hand. “You'll notice a lot of swelling for the first few days.”
Yuuji watched—with embarrassing enthralment—as pale, lithe fingers disappeared into the plastic. He almost jumped when Megumi snapped the glove against his wrist. Are glove kinks a thing? Because Yuuji definitely just developed one. If this kept up, something other than his tongue was about to swell.
OR Driven by impulse, Yuuji decides to get his tongue pierced. And tries his best to not get bricked up during the process.

Yuji blinks away the tears clouding his vision, looking past the clone to find Megumi staring at him expectantly.
"Hm?" He questions, desperately willing the cotton to clear from his ears, and this saccharine smile curls on Megumi's lips.
"I said—" He's repeating himself, nice and slow. "Do you want more?"
A beat passes where Yuji considers; are two enough? Megumi still hasn't touched him, so, maybe he wants to see how many clones he can really take. The challenge mixes with arousal deep in Yuji's belly, goosebumps prickle his skin, and he nods.

Yuuji wasn’t sure if he had ever felt angry. Sad, yes. Frustrated, sure. Angry… at Megumi? He wasn’t certain. It just felt like a bundle of feelings he couldn’t place a name to, ones that infect his ugly heart and would take over until he felt normal again. A normal without Megumi in his life.
“I’m not sure how I feel.” Yuuji muttered, honesty heavy in the air. “I don’t know if I’m angry. I just miss him.”
“I know.” Nobara replied, “I miss him too.”

Megumi is getting married. Seeing everything that happened before that, it makes you wonder why it isn't to Yuuji.

Sukuna huffed, breath hot against Megumi’s cheek. “You’ve got ten seconds to convince me not to rip your throat out right now.” As if to prove a point Sukuna pressed the indent of his teeth against the juncture of Megumi’s neck, right across his scent gland. He could feel them, the sharp fangs that were abnormally large for an omega. Sukuna was something else, and it was perfect.
