Summary

Summary
'You would rather I had not come when you called?' Nicky asks, quiet and dangerous, stepping in close. He's almost as tall as Joe, but there's just enough of a difference between them, compounded by the slight heel of Joe's boots and Nicky's bare feet that brings Nicky's nose just in line with Joe's jaw.
It also brings his teeth roughly in line with Joe's throat, but he's ignoring that.
Joe sold his soul to Nicky in a moment of terror. Turns out moments of terror aren't as rare as he thought.

Joe pulls out the trick that always works: a pout and the biggest puppy eyes he can manage. He turns his head to kiss Nicky’s forearm sweetly.
“C’mon. Fuck me like you mean it.” Joe’s voice goes low, needy. “I want you.”
Nicky bites his bottom lip and a flush blooms on his cheeks. He kisses Joe’s pouting bottom lip quickly, like he can’t help himself.
‘Got him,’ Joe thinks smugly.
“No.” Nicky responds.
Joe frowns, indignant. “No?”
