Summary
“I’m Rio, by the way,” she said, holding the woman’s arm carefully as she sprayed the disinfectant. The woman winced.
“Agatha,” she said, her shoulders tensing up in discomfort.
It was a pretty name, one that suited her. Rio shook off the thought as she reached for the bandages. As she held the bandage over Agatha’s arm, she hesitated. The wound had almost seemed to close when it had been bleeding not seconds before. Rio blinked in disbelief before wrapping the bandage around her wrist, chalking it off to her being tired and seeing things.

“Can I help you?” Agatha asked her with a wide fake smile.
“I hope so,” the woman said, returning her grin. Agatha couldn’t tell how genuine it was.
“Alright, then. What’s the pitch?” Agatha said. “Weird magic beans? Your own homebrew whiskey?”
“Oh, no pitch,” the woman said. “More like a promise.”
Agatha’s brow narrowed. “O-kay. Lay it on me.”
“I heard you were a pretty good thief,” the woman said. “And I need a crew.”

Summary
“Did you kill these witches?” Rio asked her, genuinely perplexed. She had no idea what Agnes could gain from killing them.
Agnes turned around. She did not look guilty, or scared of getting caught. Her face was scrunched up in confusion, probably as to why Rio would accuse her of such a thing. There was no blood on her hands, and she, allegedly, had no magical powers. Whoever did this, whether it was Agnes or not, had great magical ability.
“Nope, just found ‘em like this,” Agnes said, shrugging. “Must have drank the Kool-Aid.”

Summary
Castiel sighs. “Is it worth it, do you think? Running away from your problems, cultivating a life for yourself in the woods? You don’t have anyone nearby, you don’t have any future here. I don’t understand.”
Dean is taken aback before shrugging. “Hey, I don’t have to hunt anymore, aside from the occasional things lurking around here. I have almost complete faith in my brother and his wife to support themselves. I don’t need much to be happy aside from a good beer and a sappy sunset.”
Castiel has heard of beer before, but isn’t entirely sure what it is. “I’ve never had it,” slips out of his mouth, surprising himself.
Dean’s eyes widen a bit. “Sounds like you have a little living to do, man,” he smirks. “I’ll buy you one if you don’t gank me.”

Summary
“You and your brother are welcome to stay as long as you like,” Castiel says, and Dean looks up at him. He can tell he’s trying his hardest to be polite, but it doesn’t quite reach his tone. “The storm will be going on for quite a while, and Sam clearly needs some rest.”
Dean nods, giving the angel a winning smile. “It’s appreciated. I’m sure we’ll be out of your hair shortly.”
Castiel leaves, and Dean can’t help but think the guy almost smiled back at him. Something in his gut twists, and Dean promptly ignores it. He’s a friggin’ angel, he doesn’t actually give a crap about us, Dean reminds himself. We have to be more careful.

“James, are ya okay?”
“Give me your arm, James.”
James rolled his eyes and held his arm out for Jessie to examine it.
“I’m fine, guys, I just got mildly burned.”
“That’s still getting burned,” Jessie said, the anger clear in her voice. “You have to be more careful. How are we going to get rich and powerful if you keep getting hurt?”

Summary
Jessie: i miss you guys too, i’ll talk to you later
Jessie felt almost strange sending that to him. The words felt foreign and unused in her vocabulary, now only reserved for her teammates she was newly separated from. That feeling of longing was gnawing at her, that desire to continue the routine she had fallen into for years. Traveling around with her two friends as they try to keep up with the twerps was draining, sure, but it was also the best time of her life. She sighed before taking another sip of her drink. This was the beginning of a new era in her life, and she wasn’t entirely sure if she was ready for it.

Separated from her friends after a job gone wrong, Jessie must act as a lone Team Rocket agent to carry out her next mission. Luckily, she has her phone.
