Summary
Addison sees a shock of dark hair, a red leather jacket that’s been missing from her wardrobe for months now, and her heart stumbles in her chest. Everything freezes in place, and all she can see is Amelia laughing in her blue prom dress, Amelia's smile over the morning coffee she loves so much, Amelia curled up on the bathroom floor at three in the morning with her head in Addison’s lap.
"Do you think the world is cursed?" The younger girl murmurs, still half asleep, and Addison thinks about it for a moment.
The morning hours are are quiet, like nothing else in the world exists, and there's a part of her that doesn't want to break the calm. Her back is pressed against the cool porcelain of the sink, but it't not yet uncomfortable enough to warrant moving as she brushes Amelia's hair away from her face.
"I think the world can be dark," she says eventually, "and terrifying. But I don't think that it's ever hopeless."

Summary
Jaina was volatile, her temper was arguably the biggest threat to the current cooperation between the Horde and Alliance.
Sylvanas hadn’t nearly died again to save Vol’jin and Varian at the Battle of Broken Shore just for one woman to undo all of her work. So while the rest of the Horde leaders worked to form a council to lead the faction while the Warchief recovered, her skills were best used to monitor the archmage. She aimed to become closer allies if she could, at minimum keeping an eye on Jaina to make sure that they didn’t get vaporized in their sleep.
