“It’s really late,” Jake says. He takes another sip of his soup, like he’s trying to convince Sunghoon he’ll get better. “Why don’t you stay?”
Sunghoon swallows so thickly it hurts his throat. Jake wants him to stay. Jake wants Sunghoon to stay the night at his apartment.
The moment goes on for too long before Sunghoon nods. “Yeah,” he replies. “Thanks, Jaeyun-ah.”
Sunghoon plans to sleep in Jake’s spare room, but then Jake’s hand brushes against his own and Sunghoon doesn’t get much sleep at all.
