Summary
Lillian Burns was the captain of the Water Nymph, and had been for at least 5 years now. She was a tough pirate and loyal to her crew. Sadly, they weren't as loyal to her. After a mutiny by her first mate, she was stranded on what they thought was a deserted island. It was anything but, however, and now she trained to repay them for taking her in. When given her first mission, she meets a man that unknowing steals her heart. How will she manage when there is a possibility she will have to choose between her brotherhood and the love of her life?

Summary
Of the first settlement that resided in Wessex, none remained, or so everyone was lead to believe. A couple had been out hunting the day that King Ecbert sent his men to destroy the farms and their inhabitants and had avoided their fates that day. They ran deep into the woods, away from any prying eyes. They were young and did not know what they were going to do all on their own and once more, they were with child. They had to grow up quickly and stay away from the Englishmen, for if they were caught, they would surely be killed. The only light in their life was when their daughter Tove was finally born, giving them a new sense of hope in the world. What will happen though, when that sweet Pagan girl, grows up and befriends a Christian Prince without her parent's knowledge?
