Summary
The crew notices Sanji's exhaustion but doesn't truly understand the weight he carries—until they decide someone should help him each day of the week.
Monday is Zoro’s turn, and what he assumes will be easier than his afternoon nap quickly proves otherwise. The list of tasks just keeps going, one after another, and somewhere in the middle of it all, it starts to sink in just how much Sanji has been doing this whole time without anyone really noticing.

Summary
Sanji is feeling wrong footed after rejoining the crew post WCI. He can't bring himself to explain what happened to anyone and it's starting to become a problem. He tries to keep himself busy and do extra favors for him, but either his help isn't wanted or it isn't enough. At least, that's how Sanji sees it.
Or, the crew tries to give Sanji space, even if they don't know what happened, and Sanji assumes they hate him. (Cause he's not feeling very fond of himself at the moment.)
Everything will be resolved and out dear Cook will be loved, it'll just take him a minute to realize it.

Summary
They wont hit land for another three weeks, thats what Nami had said.
So when Sanji opens the fridge to see they have hardly enough for two weeks, well it only makes sense he has to ration it out, give everyone portions of food.
Hes experienced hunger before, so its fine if he starves, as long as everyone else gets fed, right?
Well, Zoro doesnt think so.
