Summary
Henry Creel tore a hole through the earth, stepping out of the Upside Down and bringing destruction with him. The world collapsed under the weight of his attack, and all that is left are the silent remains of once bustling societies, and the survivors that hide within them.
The two worlds bleed into one another, stretching their roots across the gates, feeding off of each other. Only scavengers remain, fighting to survive in a world that threatens to eat them alive.

“Oh he’s not my dog,” she tries to wave her hand dismissively and realizes she’s encumbered by the stuffed full tote, “he’s my friend Steve’s dog.”
Eddie blinks slowly.
“Your friend Steve, named his dog...Steve?”
The dog sighs. It’s loud enough that Eddie looks down at the dog instead. It lets it’s tongue flop out of it’s mouth; it looks like it’s grinning.

“GET THE FUCK OFF ME!”
Eddie frowned and his head swivelled around when he heard the shout. Whoever that was, they didn’t sound happy.
He took a drag of his cigarette, before dropping it to the ground, scrubbing it with his foot, and started to move. Leaving behind the building’s shadow as he made his way further out into the parking lot, shifting between the parked cars of the Hideout as he followed the sound of angry voices.
He paused as he came around the side of a car, his surprise at the scene in front of him making him freeze, Steve Harrington was possibly the last person he expected to see in the Hideout’s parking lot at 11pm.
