Summary
They stopped in the middle of the living room, and for a moment they just stood there, a little awkwardly, and Chris couldn’t help but let his gaze wander. Leon was wearing the most sinfully tight jeans Chris had ever seen in his life, they looked like they were damn near painted on those strong thighs, snug around the hips. The shirt was a plain blue button-up, but the top three buttons were open to show a peek of a collarbone, and suddenly Chris had to look away.
Chris swallowed hard. “Let me just find you something more comfy to sleep in. You probably reek of the club,” he said, motioning vaguely towards the couch. “If you want to watch TV or something, the remote’s right there.”

Summary
Waking up has never been this difficult in his life, Chris thinks distantly as he forces his eyes open, flinching against the bright lights. There’s a distant sound of a voice, and he can barely make out the words at first, even though it all gets clearer with every passing syllable. “Oh, Chris, you’re awake!” There’s a hand on his shoulder, gently stopping him as he struggles to sit up, and he doesn’t really have the energy to fight it so he complies.
When he groans there’s immediately a worried face in front of him, and he squints a little as he attempts to recognize them. “Claire?” It comes out a guess, more than anything. The person in front of him is Claire, he’s sure of it, but she’s… so old.

Summary
“So I take it you need a ride,” the man said without missing a beat, his smile back. “Can I interest you in a warm seat, snacks, and a way out of this storm?” He pulled his hand from his pocket, reaching it out for Leon. “I’m Piers. And I promise I’m not a serial killer.”
Leon swallowed back the comment that it wouldn’t matter if he was, Leon had dealt with worse things. If he could survive against a BOW as tall as a building, he could probably handle a mere human. He really, really didn’t feel like talking about work right now, though. The latest mission he’d been on had been exhausting, and although he’d escaped physically unharmed for once he still wasn’t over the emotional toll.
So he took the offered hand – which was heavenly warm – and gave it a firm shake. “I would love to get out of here before I freeze my ass off.” As if to underline his words his teeth chose that moment to chatter, and he couldn’t quite suppress the full-bodied shiver, damnit. “Leon,” he continued as soon as he felt he could get the words out steadily again, “also not a serial killer.”

Summary
Jill Valentine should have died from her fall from the cliff in 2006 and in many ways she did. Upon arrival of the BSAA and Chris Redfield to Africa in 2009, Jill was freed from the grip of Albert Wesker. Only, freedom isn’t free for someone like her.
After a year of testing that concludes in 2010, Jill Valentine has been cleared to return to her normal life. But she can’t forgive or forget what she’s done and the compassion she receives from those around her rings hollow. When the nightmares of her dreams follow her into the nightmare of the present, Jill can’t help but think of one man. She never told anyone how much she dreamed of Carlos Oliveira; she never told them how much his memory saved her from losing her mind entirely.
On her search for Carlos through South America, Jill encounters one of the oldest evils of civilization. Humanity.
Bioweapons required the utmost consideration when fighting against them. But men? Men were just men, and they bled every time for Jill Valentine.
