Um, please call me Toshinori unless I’m in my hero costume.” Sitting up straighter, he grins. “Thanks for having me.”

Those words hit Toshinori. She... was a woman. The realisation spread through her chest, warm and electric. It felt so damn right, like puzzle pieces finally clicking into place. For the first time in forever, something about herself made perfect sense.
