Alastor missteps. Vox is upset. The apology goes well. The aftermath, however—not so much. It turns out that Angel Dust, despite all of his vaunted and rather explicit expertise during Charlie's apology seminar, is a poor role model for making an appropriate apology. “Jesus,” Kirishima moaned. “Why are we here?”
Bakugou grunted, ducking out of the alley cautiously. “Shut the hell up. Chief said we need to hide. Our apartments are fucked, and so are everyone else’s. This is the only place near here that will—” Bakugou pauses, and his scent sours just the barest bit, “that might take us in.”
“Might.” Kirishima repeats. “Okay. But just to be clear, you,” Kirishima jabs a finger to Bakugou, “know someone here,” he motions to the shitty, desolate apartments, “that will help us.”
Annoyed alpha pheromones puff out from Bakugou. “Yes.”
Or: Bakugou and Kirishima need someplace to hide out for a bit, and the only place near them belongs to someone Bakugou has a lot of history with. (The history isn’t all that good.)

Summary
They say that things get better. They also say that high school isn’t anything like the rest of your life. Well, if Todoroki's dad suddenly becoming gay (apparently) and abruptly moving him to a new town and a new high school isn’t indicative of the rest of his life, then good. That’s at least one thing to look forward to.
(A story about how Todoroki moves, starts at a new school, accidentally joins the GSA, learns to accept himself, and possibly falls in love along the way.)
