A loud clatter came from the kitchenette. Din looked at Luke, who was already looking at them. His face was unreadable, a hardened version of the expression he had when they woke Din up.
“Is everything okay?” Din asked.
“I -” Luke started, then paused. “Grogu is a padawan.”
Din nodded. At that, Luke looked befuddled. “He is a padawan. And a foundling too.”

“Luke! What’s wrong?” Padmé asked, alarmed.
“Just spit it out,” Anakin held up a napkin. “It’s that bad?”
Jean-Philippe came running over, having spotted his father’s displeased expression, hands raised like he was prepared to do the Heimlich maneuver.
Luke shook his head at their questions. He chewed — barely had to, the meat practically melted in his mouth — and swallowed, looking up and at the cook responsible for his meal.
“He made this?” Luke asked.
Jean-Philippe swiveled around to look, nearly crashing into one of the camera people in his haste.
“Din Djarin?” He turned back to Luke and stared at the wellington. “Yes, he did. Is there a problem with it…?”
Luke shook his head, awestruck.
“I think I’d like to marry him.”
Din Djarin is a contestant on Hell’s Kitchen. This week's special guests: The Skywalkers.
