And the basics of it is this: Ricky is in love with Gyuvin, Gyuvin is in love with…someone, and neither of them want a soulmate they don’t love, but the aftermath is where their views differ.
Half of Ricky hopes Gyuvin’s wishes don’t come true. Though he’s too much of a coward to think about it further than that, much less be sure that he’ll go through with it, maybe then there’s a chance that Gyuvin can learn to love him.
Well. He knows Gyuvin already does love him. It’s just a question of getting him to love Ricky back the way he wants to be loved.
