The first time Suguru noticed blood, he froze. Bright red, a lot, enough to notice, not enough to ignore. That was the problem with living a life built around swallowing monsters. A little nausea after absorbing curses? Normal. Stomach pain after missions? Normal. Going to the toilet three times before breakfast, because his abdomen cramped so hard he doubled over against the sink? Annoying, but survivable.

Satoru grins, pulling out of his parking spot and glancing over at Suguru, who really does look good in those sunglasses, holy shit. “Sure! Is Prada good, or —”
Suguru grabs the wheel, jerking it to the left. “Watch where you’re going, idiot!”
Satoru looks away from Suguru and slams on the brakes. “Shit,” he says. He raises an apologetic hand and mouths Sorry! to the two kids he nearly mowed down.
The kids dart to the sidewalk. Satoru fully pulls out of the parking spot and turns onto the main road.
“In my defense —” he starts.
“Shut up and drive.”
Satoru shuts up and drives.
Satoru's a great driver! That is, when his super hot friend isn't in the passenger seat.

Suguru feels like he’s going insane.
Usually, he prides himself on being pretty level-headed (or at least he would like others to think so) but recently he thinks any common sense he’s ever had has gone out the window.
It all started a couple days ago, after they finished an overnight mission, exhausted from a day of tracking down curses. So exhausted that as soon as they got back to their rented room they immediately slumped on the floor, claiming they’d ‘get up soon’, which clearly didn’t go to plan as they fell asleep very soon after. Right there on the floor, not even having anything to use as a blanket or a pillow.
That wasn’t unusual for them, sleeping after missions, they’d often take naps on their desks or on a bench after particularly tiring days. However, this time was a little different, while their previous naps had a decent amount of physical distance between them, this time they had somehow ended up practicality face to face. Needless to say, when Suguru woke up to Satoru’s face only inches away from him, he was quite surprised.

He’s felt that way ever since he was a kid, and the feeling has only grown over time. Ever since he was little, he’s been trying to defy them in any way he can, running away from the estate or skipping training just to piss off his instructors.
Needless to say, as soon as he became old enough to attend Jujutsu Tech, he instantly did everything in his power to convince the clan heads he should go.
