Anakin / Ahnaikeen
he man, who Obi-Wan saw was Anakin’s age, came forward and offered his hands. Obi-Wan gave his own, recognising the gesture from Bandomeer.
“It is an honour to meet Ahnaikeen’s Ahdem and Yanje. He speaks highly of you and your work.”
“I would say the same, except this is the first time I have heard of you.” Perhaps it was the shock, but Obi-Wan cringed as soon as the words left his mouth.
Fortunately, the man—Kitster—didn’t seem offended.
“We have not crossed paths before. Two parts of his life shall become one now and, should you wish to know me, I would not be kept from you.” He gave a slight look at Anakin as he spoke, which made Obi-Wan do the same. His Padawan seemed to be blushing, but otherwise was inscrutable.
