Summary
Wanda hadn’t felt the same immediate connection with Loki that she felt with Sylvie — bone-deep and inevitable and filled with so much understanding — but when he looks at her the way that he’s looking at her now, enamored and filled with so much want, she feels something flutter inside her. Loki and Sylvie aren’t the same person, but they have moments where they are so alike that it’s almost impossible to separate one from the other. She sees her adoration for Sylvie reflected back in Loki’s dark gaze — especially when they’re all together like this.
Like perhaps, if their edges exactly line up with each other, then they almost certainly are both a perfect match for her, as well.
(Nearly everyone treats Wanda like something dangerous and to be feared, now. But, perhaps Loki really was right: love is a weapon.)
