Summary
Walking through the city late at night after a long night of ghost hunting, Danny gets an unexpected call from Dash on the way home. Danny is nervous about speaking to Dash after a spontaneous romantic encounter with him earlier that afternoon, but he finds himself picking up the call anyways to chat. Despite his nerves, Danny finds himself enjoying the conversation and slowly relaxing, despite his earlier apprehension.
But it turns out Dash isn't the only one who has a surprise for Danny today. Shortly into the call, Danny's parents arrive, chasing after some innocent blob ghosts, and they have a brand new weapon that ends up causing Danny serious trouble when he decides to intervene. He's pretty sure he's done for as he finds himself falling out of the sky with a massive wound through his chest.
Luckily for Danny, the blob ghosts he rescued might have a couple more surprises in store for him...
