Thank you to everyone for reading, commenting and kudo-ing over the past year+. Though I did take three months of break I managed to do it again! Posting a chapter a week about our favourite One Piece characters! Plus some bonus ones here and there! Just like last time, here are some of the stats, plus some comparisons to last years! (No graphs this year because I have completely forgotten how to add photos and I'm too lazy to figure it out)
Top four characters was a little different this year due to the themes, as in everyone was pretty balanced except for my favourite blonde. (Only doing top 4 since there's a lot of ties)
#1 Sanji with 13 chapters (5 NSFW, 7 SFW, 1 ISH)
#2 Zoro with 4 chapters (2 NSFW, 2 SFW)
#3 Law with 4 chapters (1 NSFW, 2 SFW, 1 ISH)
#4 Ace with 4 chapters (3 NSFW, 1 SFW) <- Ace and Kid are the only ones to have more NSFW than SFW, besides the one offs.
There was a massive tie for least written about with 19 different characters having one chapter written about them! Compared to last time that only have 5 characters have individual chapters.
Because of the themed months it opened up my writing to be about a lot more characters. Last year (2024) I wrote about 20 different characters, this year (2025/6) I wrote about 37 different characters! Some I probably thought I never would have written about, like a sexy Garp?! Did not think I would be doing that lol
Longest Chapter: Chapter 3 - Aphrodisiac Cookies with Sanji at ~2700 words AND Chapter 20 - Prisoner with Crocodile at ~2700 words
Shortest Chapter: Chapter 27 - Little Love with Loki at ~700 words
Last years won for longest at ~2800 words, but this year won with a longer shortest one at ~700 vs last years ~600. As well, this years had a higher average word count than last year, with 1569 vs 1461.
Here are my top five favourite chapters (not in any order):
- Chapter 36 - 50 Year Old Virgin with Katakuri
- Chapter 37 - Catching Feelings with Caesar Clown
- Chapter 47 - Maid with Doflamingo
- Chapter 51 - Jealousy with Zosan
- Chapter 54 - Together Again with Shamrock and Shanks
Since no graphs this year, I will just break down the info for you!
Percent NSFW 48.3% (28), Percent SFW 48.3% (28), Percent ISH 3.4% (2) <- I have no idea how I managed to get them to be the exact same without trying lol
Last year had more NSFW and ISH, I think due to me writing about characters I'm more comfortable with. I tend to write SFW if it's a character I don't know well or don't find attractive.
Percent yes request 29.3% (17), Percent not request 70.7% (41)
I did more request this year, but I also had dedicated months for it so it makes sense! Last year was (Yes 22.4%, No 77.6%)
I also tracked which category I wrote most about (FM, MM...) since this time around I wrote more than just FM stories.
#1 FM - 35 chapters (60.3%)
#2 MM - 8 chapters (13.8%)
#3 FMM - 5 chapters (8.6%)
#4 FF and GM (GN reader and male character) - 4 chapters each (6.9% lol)
#5 FMMM - 2 chapters (3.4%)
Thank you again so much for everyone with read this years Year of One Piece Men! If I do this again I think I would go back to the original way of just writing what I want instead of having any themes (Besides Sanji, he's always the top theme for me, even if he's not a top lol).
But my main goal is to actually fully participate in Kinktober this year! I've already started planning and writing a bit for it, and if I do actually manage it, it will be early (start mid September) since I'll be away for the second half of October! So keep your eyes out for that!
