Summary
It's 2006, and Impulse is a 29-year-old struggling game developer who has a strange ability- Revival. He can't control it, but when it activates, it sends him back in time 1 to 5 minutes to prevent a tragedy. One day, when preventing a tragedy, Impulse lands in the hospital, and his mother, Cleo, comes to visit. This brings back memories he'd forgotten about, the kidnappings that happened in his neighborhood as a kid.
Then he has the biggest Revival he's ever had, and is sent back to when he was only ten years old. Stuck in the past he must use his knowledge of the future to make things right

Impulse travels back in time to find a murderer after he killed his mother(Cleo) and he got reminded that, that happed before.
Impulse fails to save Pearl as a kid and now switches back and forth, trying to find out who the killer is with help like Etho and Gem.
