A virus or cosmic event hits the population of teen boys in North America, and causes them to regress. The majority regress to the size and body of a 4-year-old, while some return to being 3-year-olds, and a small percentage return to true toddlerhood, as 2-year-olds.
Follow Jason, as he tries to deal with this sudden change, how his friends react to the regression, and the different ages and stages they all are at. How does his family, including his shocked but loving Mother, deal with it and work to make the best of the dynamic family shift that occurred?
