Summary
Panem's historians refer to the mid 60s ADD period as “The Golden Age of the Hunger Games,” but the phrase means different things to different groups. Ask the victors, and they would tell you that they spent most of it spray-painted gold. The mentors would tell you that open arenas with minimal camouflage led to a string of bloody career victories.
The gamemakers remember the era fondly.
