Jason tilts his head questingly, “What’s got ya’ so wrathful, Baby Bird?”
Tim doesn’t deign to respond. His heart is still pounding like a jackhammer in his chest.
What doesn’t make him feel wrathful? Now that he’s given in before, who’s to say he won’t again? It’s taking over his life.
“You know, you taste like other sins too,” Jason continues after he’s met with silence. His tone is thoughtful, “Greed… Envy… Lust.”
Red Hood puts too much emphasis on the last sin, as if alluding to something in particular. That choice does nothing to support Tim’s hyper pulse.
“I’m sure any human would have a few sins.” Timothy responds, feigning nonchalance.
“They don’t cling to most like they do to you. Sin wants you…” Jason reaches out a hand for Tim to take. Red Robin does, stifling a groan as he’s pulled into an upright sitting position, face to face with the other who adds, “I can relate. You’re a special kind of temptation, Red.”
AKA: Jason is Demon-Raised (info in notes) and Tim is just trying not to get possessed.

Rain was common in Gotham, you could always count on a bout of rain in the city. In the summer it was a bit more spread thin but now it came with heavy humid air that clung to the lungs and the skin more than the rain itself. It could make one feel like they were suffocating, another familiar thing in a city like this, it did still drive people inside far more than the regular rain.
The civilians fled inside and even enough of the low lives of Gotham, which meant there wasn’t much need for her heroes to prowl the slippery roof tops to the ends of the nights. Not on nights like this and instead, the youngest of them found himself some place…different.
It was a place Bruce would be disappointed to find him but a place that Jason loved to be and could not wait for the older man that asked him to wait for him to arrive. Tim was the love of his life and this wouldn't be the last time Jason waited for Tim in his bed in such a provocative manner.

Summary
Jason is not a religious man. Not here, not now, not anymore. He mutters his rosary in the dark, sure, but the words are shaped not by belief but by memory. “I want a chance at us back,” He clarifies quietly, before adding, “I’m sorry.”
Tim’s mouth goes dry. He can hear his heartbeat.
“I’ve been moving on.” He croaks.
Jason’s green eyes pierce into him. “Please don’t.”
It’s so unfair.
“When you…” Tim tries. He lets context fill what he can’t say, gesturing to the scar on his chest before continuing, “It was all I had left that I hadn’t committed to Robin, the only thing I was holding onto that was silly and frivolous.”
Tim’s spiraling, repeating the phrases that fed his empty soul sparingly in his darkest moments, “It only weakened me. Now I’m focused on being the perfect soldier you always hated the idea of. I’ve been more focused with a higher rate of achievement and—”
Jason’s in his space, pushing up against him in seconds. The end of his tail smacks into Tim’s, prompting the latter to shiver out of his mental descent.
“You’ll never be a perfect soldier.” Jason hisses, “I won’t let you.”

“Ugh!” Tim exclaimed, stepping back from the door. Jason fell forward due to how quickly and unexpectedly the door was able to move freely again. He heard something snap and flap as his knees hit Tim’s carpet. “It’s me, I just got hit with a spell and look ridiculous right now.”
Jason looked up, eyes widening as he saw the long, feathered wings that were tucked into themselves behind Tim’s back. Jason’s mouth dropped open, the sunlight streaming in from Tim’s windows backlighting him and causing a halo effect. Ridiculous was hardly the word Jason would reach for to describe Tim’s current state. Angelic and ethereal and incandescent were all significantly more appropriate.
Tim crossed his arms, his wings tightening up further behind him, “Do not make fun of me right now. If you-”
“How’d this happen?” Jason asked, his voice breathy even in his own ears. He swallowed, his mouth suddenly dry. All the details were the same as last time: the plush bedding, the crystal bowl filled with individually wrapped sour candies that would turn his mouth blue or green, even the vase of pink tulips. It only ever took Tim taking a shred of positive interest in something, and it would show up in the hotel room whenever his attention was wanted. He was sure that if he checked the minibar, it would be stocked with his favourite drinks.
He knew he couldn’t complain, the gestures were supposed to be something nice, confirmation that Jason valued him for more than just his services. He could do a lot worse than one of Senator Wayne’s sons as a patron, could do a lot worse than a decent guy like Jason, who wanted company just as much as he wanted sex.
After Janet Drake's death life went from bad to worse for the Drake family, Tim eventually finds a way to make some stable money, he just didn't expect the cost to be his own feelings.

Four years ago, Jason Todd was little more than a feral creature hell-bent on vengeance. After making a series of ridiculously horrifying decisions, he's left Gotham behind, left behind the few people he'd call family, and ended up striking out on his own. After creating a small team with Roy Harper and Koriand'r, Jason's managed to cobble together a good life. He still rights wrongs, and does heroic things, just...with a bit more of a violent edge than most. Unfortunately, one of these jobs forces him to return back to Gotham, despite all of the risks. He just has to go to a gala, though, and avoid the Bats.
What he hadn't expected was just how one of the Bats had grown up, and just how beautiful they looked at the white tie gala the undercover mission he was on led him to.
