      Also if I'm understanding things correctly, the invasion happens when she's 24??
      Because the flashback is 13 years ago and she's 11 in that flashback

       

      Uhm. Yeah timeline unknown. But. Uh. VERY much altered. Flashback to when she was 17. And she already has a suit?
      Not that it makes much sense because Tony def didn't have the suit for 7 years when NY invasion happened. But the timeline is already wonky so...
      Whatever I guess, just, imagine things are. Making sense

      Also in that flashback when she's 17 is apparently when Loki found out about being adopted. So either a lot more time passed between Loki's fall and invasion or... Idk

       

      Also apparently the avengers have been a thing for a while? Otherwise the 'normally' and 'usually' regarding the avengers make 0 sense as they wouldn't know each other long enough for there to have been several previous interactions

       

      Tbh a lot of shit here makes no sense. How could she be so doubtful of the dream person being her soulmate in the first-second chapters, of even being real, when she got proof of it at 11 with Loki bringing the necklace to Toni's reality?

    Palladium poisoning is not the issue he thinks. The issues is the pain. The issue is that the normally unnoticed satisfaction of breathing escaped him. The issue is that this may never end.

    He has had many excursions skirting death, but he knows something no one left alive does. That no matter what, his heart will just keep beating - even if he does not want it to.

    He thinks, "Big man in a suit of armor. Take that off, what are you?" And of his response, the one he never allowed himself to say, "Everything special about you came from me"

    And this is what he knows. Immortality is a curse. And he isn't so much alive as impossible to kill. He should know. His dad tried several times. And from his blood, from his marrow came the serum. And that's a secret he intends to take to the grave.

    Just a drabble at this point - but I've read so much BNHA fanfics that this became a brainworm and had to be let out. Similar to how Eri is used to create quirk erasing bullets, Tony's mutant genes inspire Howard to run experiments that create the Super Solider Serum. AU obviously, where Tony and Steve are a lot closer in age.

      For being written in 20 minutes, this is fucking awesome. (It's awesome either way but the fact it was written in 20 minutes is impressive af)

       

      Ngl in general I have a love for Tony & Logan dynamic, whether it's a friendship, romantic or platonic. So long as it's in a good way, doesn't have to start off good or remain good (For example that fic where Logan had his feelings towards Tony muted) but still.
      So just to have it, because I do know I indeed love 'em, and I recall reading plenty of fics with the two years ago, tag to bunch 'em up

      Tony sees colors in people, in animals too. He can sense emotions from the colors. Auras? Souls?
      It appears like the color might be fixed for each person/animal? (Won't mention each color for each person, but gray fits Howard.) Regardless, his is a white mist and he's able to manipulate it in a way it touches others' colors and then the emotions are wayyy stronger
      After a year or so (was 7 when he realized it was unusual and others didn't see the colors he did) of messing with his own color and mutation in general, he notices plants have colors too
      This finding ended up with him accidentally reviving his mother's favorite house plant when it began to wilt. Again through manipulating his own color and the plant's and the two touching

      When he's 10 he ends up manipulating Howard's color (didn't mean to) when he was going to hit him, stopping Howard. Howard is unaware, and the next day the effect Tony had on his color (smoothing the sharp edges) is gone. Tony decides to use this ability as little as possible

      Tony's 12 when his range for seeing colors strengthens, can see the colors through walls. That's also when he finds out about how SI, Howard and Obadiah view mutants. It also when he figures out what he is. He does some digging and finds out about Howard's experimentation with mutants, children too.
      Tony freaks out, is scared to also become a test subject. Jarvis finds out when Tony accidentally blankets out the surrounding area with his pain and sorrow, a nearby flower wilting and Jarvis being able to feel Tony's despair
      Jarvis brings Tony to Charles so he can help, even if Tony can't go to school there. The colors of mutants are much brighter, in different shapes and locations in a way that somewhat gives him a hint about their abilities. He's also able to see, kinda, Charles color all over the place. I assume his range of telepathy
      Tony sort of shields his mind with his white mist, afraid the light gray (Charles) will attack him, and surrounds the shield around Jarvis as well. Tony managed to fully keep Charles out of his mind, though it was straining

      When he's 13, during his sixth kidnapping, out of pain and fear Tony uses his abilities on the messed up kidnappers. Makes them feel his pain and suffering and fear and despair and hate, both by them and due to Howard. He knocked the 6 men out with it
      Tony becomes terrified of what he can do

      After the kidnapping Tony doesn't use his abilities. Obviously the colors are a passive one, can't control it, but everything else? Tony won't outside of practice
      JARVIS has his own life force, he's alive
       
      After Afghanistan Tony invents something to mostly suppress his mutation. He can still see the colors, but that's it

      Glad to say fuck the Avengers

      Oh hey. This is that fic where Tony makes (villain, as there's some fics where he's not. Well not towards Tony) Magneto feel everything bad and just. Idk how to describe but I know what I mean, I remembered this scene but didn't know it was from this fic
       

       

      In short; sees colors that may or may not be the life force/souls of beings (people, animals plants). Can manipulate those colors, both for the better and worse. Can project his emotions. Can mentally shield himself and others. Can't heal but can rejuvenate, and plants may grow without him meaning to.
      As he learns in Afghanistan, he can tear away the Life of others, killing them.
      He can give life, change life, or take life.
