oooo thank you so much for such a thoughtful comment!! you've made me feel all warm and fuzzy. yesss i love the bits about accepting the unhealthy parts of the relationship and striving for good -- at this point i don't think its possible for either will or hannibal to be in any relationship that could be described as healthy, but that doesn't mean they can't ever reach something good and soft and gentle.
