I love it that Daemon, in the midst of his self-absorption, recognizes the strength and determination of Jacaerys, the stepson he never knew, who died trying to save Daemon's youngest son. I love me both cathartic fights and realizations! 🖤
The traumatized 12 year old needs better communication and also hugs.
