Three monumental things happened in 1990:

Secondly, Albus Dumbledore decided to try one last time to hire a Divination Professor.
Thirdly, a witch called Lily Evans developed a counter for the Imperius Curse.
But as far as Harry Evans was concerned, nearly two decades later and half a world away, none of these events had anything to do with his life. He was just trying to get by as an Ilvermorny graduate and single teen father in a dangerous world. He’s got bigger problems than magical civil wars on the other side of the planet.

He had had so many questions for Professor Riddle, most of them something he knew he couldn't ask from anyone else. He knew his interest in Defence wasn't completely legal, and after a summer in the Grimmauld Place, where he had read a lot of books about the Dark Arts, he wanted to know more. He hadn't dared to take any books with him, fearing that someone would check their trunks before delivering them to the dorms. He had hoped Professor Riddle would have something for him.
And maybe, somewhere deep, he had hoped that Professor Riddle would see him properly now that he was seventeen…

Professor Riddle is Harry's favourite professor at Hogwarts. Harry goes above and beyond to be his very best student. It's a huge blow when Harry comes back for his seventh year and discovers that Professor Riddle has taken a sabbatical to do research in Albania. Even worse than that, his replacement is that pretty-boy hack Gilderoy Lockhart!

SO SO GOOD, just actually amazing writing, literally feels like one of the books (not to mention the adorable little illustrations you get w each chapter)
technically its shen yuan (not original evil shen qinqiu) transmigrated from when he dies as normal, but instead of into shen qingqiu’s body when binghe is a kid, he enters into one of the wives body when binghe has already done all the nasty stuff - so basically its good/new shen yuan (not bad/original shen qinqiu) x bad/original luo binghe (not good/new luo binghe) (IT SOUNDS CONFUSING BUT IT WORKS JUST GO WITH IT)
Anyways, its v well-written, the characters are so well done and their personalities are chef’s kiss (like literally there was a moment where I was like bro just hug him cmon and shen yuan immediately did and I was like damn im magic)
my one note is that the big smutty scene towards the end has binghe being kinda subby which isn’t as much my preference BUT I think it works really well here and fully approve soooo yea, def recommend
