Season 4 has pacing that skips over everything to get to the big crescendo in a love letter to science and humanity. Most of the character arcs are over, the biggest hurdle stopping Senku from achieving his goals is petrified into friendliness, and we're watching them stack wins to the moon and back.
But humans are messy and dramatic creatures, so what if season 4 was had a bunch of soap opera/tellanovella style drama going on instead?

The organization was crippled, but it was not dead. It had to turn to the criminal underground because the government contracts were off the table and its zombie soldier program burnt with the death of its controller, but the Chairman lived. This spans years but starts when they are thirteen. All Rape and non-con happened off camera until it shows back up as a memory or dream. The first ten chapters occur when they are thirteen before a time jump for chapter eleven. It goes into some pretty deep psychological concepts. We don't get to Olympic sports until the North American Epee tournament in Chapter 65 and we don't reach the Beijing Olympics until Chapter 83, so there is a lot of world building before we get there. Only some Real Olympians are featured when we get there, and one sticks around like a bad penny.
