The only qualification for a ficlet or such to end up here is by having the reader as his patient. If the reader is an implied relationship or there's more equal footing, it applies to literally any other fic thing of mine.
All fics can be read as oneshots or as a vague story. Dr. Frederick Chilton is being a creep in unrequited love/affections towards his patient!reader who is implied to have been framed.
