Sometimes, I don't know why I am here. Why I am not gone yet. How much pain should I go through before I find the silver lining? But I can't find it in me to do it. It's just matter of time. I know it. Just one last year and then I'll be free but nights like these and I wonder, what comes after? What's next? Maybe by the time I'm done with this hell hole, there won't be anything left of me to feel good about it. It scares me that just when I'm free, I'm already too exhausted to live. I hate feeling worthless but thoughts like these make me feel glad that I'm so useless, so worthless because god forbid anyone would have to deal with the burden of my pathetic existence.
