I've never heard anything about any demons suddenly getting all clingy or needing constant affection before, but Nero's persistently hanging off of Kyrie and randomly rubbing my shoulders while I'm trying to work. He swears up and down that he's not in heat but that's the closest thing I can find that matches what's going on with him. My daddy's old notes don't have anything useful, so we're gonna have to ask the devil directly.
