You do the same and soon spot an inhuman-like creature clawing at a woman. Another joined in the process before biting her head clean off. Her head, which was once connected to her neck, rolled across the now bloody cement. Blood swarmed her body as you tried your hardest not to gag.

Lilia thinks all of this is pretty funny, but it would be unconstructive to let that boy keep living like this.

What happens when a visual novel enjoyer wakes up in one of their favorite novels that doesn't have an ending set in stone? "Kay" has woken up in Corland Bay in Angel's apartment, excited to finally be able to interact with Ren the exact way they want, but some things don't quite line up. They don't look like the Angelsona they made for the game, and some descriptions of the world around aren't lining up with the in-game descriptions. But then they see Angel and Ren together, and it snaps into place. They're not the main character; they're a side character that could be a threat.
