Summary
With everybody's favourite web series at an end, I'm sure we're all hungry for more content.
I'm a massive Caine simp (he reminds me of my fiance) so figured I'd write a little something something to keep me busy.
I'll try to keep it close to canon, and don't worry, I won't post anything spoiler-y until after episode 9 is on general release!
--------------You arrive in the circus alone on the same day as Pomni, just a little later. The strange scenery entices you, the stranger ringmaster helping the curiosity blossom. You relate to him in some odd ways you're trying to unpack...but what will happen once everyone's favourite ringmaster is shown a shred of positive attention?

Summary
Following up from events during episode 8, and some spoilers from episode 9.
Caine crashes out, and crashes out hard. That once bubbly stage performance is now replaced with malice and hatred as he torments you and the rest of the members of the Circus. Though maybe, underneath all that malice and hatred, is a deep-seated fear of being alone, of not being appreciated or loved.
(I promise Caine isn't evil in this, he's just VERY hurt and goes down a VERY dark path. Things will get better, eventually 👀)

For the final project in your comp-sci college class, you must restore an old, disheveled computer to its former glory. As a computer lover, evident by your choice of major, you’re ecstatic. However, the computer you bought happens to contain a lonely, abandoned AI within its applications.
Through the console it communicates through, it tells you its name is ‘Caine.’ You try to tell him your name, but run into some trouble. He never does learn your name, so he settles on certain titles.
‘Angel’ is one of them. That’s how he sees you from his side of the screen, anyway.
