Summary
For the past year or so, Doctor Eggman's antics have gotten more and more intense despite all the grace he has given him. Sonic isn't sure much more rope he can throw. Their current adventure has been full of twists, turns, and close scrapes, but devoid of any kind of answers. As they enter their final battle, Sonic, Tails, Shadow, and Amy have no idea what they're up against.
Eggman has gone too far.
A story mainly focused on developing and exploring the characters and their relationships because its fun. Sonic is at the center of it all due to his role in the inciting incident that was the straw that broke Sonic's back.
This fic mainly follows Sonic, Tails, Amy, and Shadow, with Knuckles and Rouge as supporting cast. Sage, Eggman, Metal, Orbot, and Cubot have some chapters to themselves as well! :D

It's been 10 years since the Final Killing Game, and Kyoko is now 31. She's married to Makoto and Byakuya and has been helping the Future Foundation. Of course, Kyoko also is mentoring her, Makoto, and Byakuya's adopted son in the art of being a detective.
Shuichi Saihara was 7 when he was adopted by the Togami family. For years he followed his mother around, learning as much as he could about being a detective. He was 16 when he was accepted into the New Hope's Peak Academy as the Ultimate Detective. A year later, just days after starting their second year, he and his class disappeared off campus without any clue indicating where they had gone.
A week later, the first 'episode' of the '53rd Season of Danganronpa' was broadcasted to the world and the sight of a familiar hat covering familiar dark hair shook Kyoko to the core.

“I actually met Kirigiri-san today,” Shuichi enthuses, opening one of the sudoku books and grabbing a pencil. “She’ll be working in the Future Foundation! How weird is that?”
Amami sputters. “Is Naegi Makoto in there?!”
“Probably,” Shuichi says breathlessly. He hadn’t even thought of that. “Wow.”
“Put in a good word for me.” Amami jokes.
“That’ll be hard,” Shuichi hums, writing a five in the cell. “Seeing as, you know, you’re technically kidnapping me. And uh…that’s illegal.”
“True,” Amami admits. “Oh well. Can’t say I didn’t try.”
“Maybe you could just take me back?” Shuichi suggests half-heartedly.
Amami flashes an apologetic smile in the review mirror. “No can do. Sorry, Saihara-kun.”
“That’s alright.” Shuichi sighs. “Worth a try.”
Saihara Shuichi works in the Future Foundation, 6th Division.
It’s really too bad he keeps getting kidnapped.
(This is a crack fic. There is barely plot, only comedy. I’m writing too many serious fics; I needed a laugh.)

Also, this fic will have chapters updated to make it longer and to fit in better with the newer music videos, but it will not lose the original plot.

Update: I'm probably not going to finish this. Well, I might, but for now, I just don't have the motivation to.
