Though this sort of thing wasn't uncommon in the City, something about him drew you in; capturing all of your interest without him having to lift a finger. Summary
When the wing you worked at was in violation of the Head's rules, it was only natural for action to be taken to correct this. You wondered at times what would have happened if a different arbiter had been assigned the job.
