“You alright Petey?” Wade asked, trying to move to see his face, but Peter’s head was tucked against Wade’s chest, it would be sweet if Wade wasn’t starting to get worried. Finally, Peter leaned back and met Wade’s eyes. Oh.
Peter’s eyes were entirely black, his face was calm, no, focused. Peter was staring intensely at Wade but there was no recognition there, only a slight curiosity. Peter tipped his head to the side and Wade could only describe the motion as inhuman.
